Week 2: No Snow and Lingering Sickness

I am prone to missing a workout at the beginning and then I simply take the whole week off.  I am also very prone to training for races and then deciding to run different ones.  Which also happened this week.  I am not listing the races I am planning on running in 2020 because it would most likely change.  Right now I am committed to Muddy Valentine.  Derek and I will be running it on the 15th.

 The week started out predicting snow...which was a small dusting...and did not even come close to cancelling school.  Then I caught a sore throat and have been feeling yucky the last few days.  Tomorrow is a day off and starts a new week.  So here's to exercising again.
